A. Strategic Analysis & Project Summary

GO DJ plus by Monster is a great innovation for DJ’s during the experience age.  We will create a United States crowdfunding campaign video and press kit that coincides with the already existing campaign on Makuake.  We will create an online marketing strategy and guerilla marketing strategy that implements the digital assets that we produce.  These digital assets include video production, press kit design, and the other creative services necessary to complete the press kit design.

A1. Required Hours -

Per our analysis, we believe our involvement will take 80 hours.  As such, we elect to start our involvement assisting GO DJ plus commencing on May 23rd, 2016.  Additionally, we will schedule two “Progress” meetings on 6/1/2016 and 6/8/2016, where as a collective we will review the growth of our efforts.

A2. Future Work -

With the digital assets complete (video production process and press kit) we can move forward with the implementation of the marketing strategy.  We project this occurring in the third week of June 2016.

B. Project Scope

With our A. Strategy elected, we have organized the project at hand in phases beginning with the visual pre-production process and ending with the marketing strategy.  Below is a general outline that further explains our project process.  This information is based on our phone conference assessment on May 20th, 2016.

C3. Phase One

. Press Kit, 22 hrs

  • Photography: With respect to your Brand Identity we will focus on photographing all relevant assets to create fluidity within your new press kit.  We have allotted 4 hours for photography, assuming that all items that we need to photograph will be local in NYC.

  • Design & Copywriting: The remaining 18 hours will be spent on design and copywriting to ensure a beautifully designed press kit with viable content.

C4. Phase Two

. Video Production, 71 hrs

In this process we will cover all of the points that we initially discussed on our phone conference.  Overall we will create three videos, a 15 second video (social media based), 30 second video (online communities + social media), and a video no longer than 3 minutes (crowdfunding video).   We will create a video which explains the three main points (your why, what, and how) that speak to your target demographic.

The video production process has three phases pre-production, production, and post production.  You can refer back to section C2 to take note of the different parts of these processes.

D. Terms of Agreement

We have determined that the first two phases (Video Production & Press Kit) will require 93 hours.  In regards to Timeline, Term breakdown, and Fee; here are our thoughts:

D1. Timeline

We elect to begin the project on May 23rd, 2016 and complete the project by June 13th, 2016.  This project will require a concentrated effort spanning 15 business days.

D2. Payment Schedule

Our service rate is currently $50/hour and with that said, being that this project is unique and in the same creative realm as ours we would like to build a lasting relationship with your brand.  We agree to offer our services at a 15% discount rate if your brand (GO DJ by Monster) decides to pay in full ($3,953) between May 23rd and May 27th.  The full price without the 15% discount is $4,650.

Due to the urgency in start of project we require the first installment within 24 hours of our May 23rd meeting.  This deposit allows us to facilitate casting, props, incidentals, location, and gear for the first day of filming on May 26th, 2016.  (If we do not receive the first installment within 24 hours of our May 26th meeting the first day of filming will have to be pushed back.)

As a result the payment breakdown results in 93 hrs x $50/hr = $4650, paid in two installments:

. First Installment = $2,325 on May 23rd, 2016

. Second Installment = $2,325 on June 13th, 2016

These installments can be paid via check, cash, or an agreed upon money transfer application.  Payment can be received by either Shauntay Pitts or Keenan Alves.

E. Additional Details

The following information touches on items we have mentioned and would like to further clarify here:

E1. Work Agreement

Please review our Work Proposal and let us know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.  Once we are in agreement, we will sign the document and move forward with providing our services.  This agreement will contain our payment schedule.

E2. Workflow

We are currently working with other clients on a per project basis.  The majority of these outside projects are flexible, and we can tailor our work with you around your schedule.  From our initial assessment period, we’ve determined “Progress Update” meetings will occur on the following dates:

. June 1st, 2016

. June 8th, 2016

E3. Communication & Responsibilities

Keenan Alves will be appointed as the Project Manager of this project and Shauntay Pitts will be appointed as the Product Manager.  Together, Keenan and Shauntay will delegate tasks to their team of creative professionals.

F. Conclusion

Please let us know your thoughts on the information stated above.  Once we are on the same page, we will send over our financial information for the first payment to occur (5/23) which will initialize our work.

F1. Future Steps

Beyond the Video Production and Press Kit development for GO DJ we need to implement the online and guerilla marketing strategy.  Once the video production process and press kit is complete we can move forward with marketing the digital assets.  This would be considered Phase 3.

The signing of this document signifies that you will adhere by the Terms of Agreement.
